Before purchasing your item, please carefully read our sizing guide to figure out your size. Note that sizes could vary from the sizing guide up to 2.5cm. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We meticulously inspect each order to ensure that the products you receive meet our stringent quality standards. Should you encounter any faulty items in your order, please do not hesitate to contact us within 20 days to facilitate a replacement or refund.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel or modify it by contacting our office directly.

For all returns, it's imperative to include your order or dispatch confirmation number to expedite the refund process to your credit card. Items returned for exchange or refund must be in their original, unsoiled, and unworn condition.

Please be mindful that freight charges are applied to individual orders, thus it's important to exercise caution when making purchases as freight charges will not be refunded for returned, exchanged, or re-ordered goods.

The item returned must be in perfect condition, with all the original tags and packaging undamaged and attached in order for us to refund you or exchange the item.
